Technical Support Executive

What you'll do

Install and configure BUSY accounting and Excellent products (ERP, Payroll, DMS, BUSY add-ons and more) for customers
Resolve customer queries over phone, email and remote sessions
Train customer staff on their everyday workflows
Record issues clearly and work with our development team to get them fixed

What we're looking for

Graduate in any discipline — a B.Com or accounting background is a plus
Basic understanding of accounting, GST and inventory, or a keenness to learn it
Clear communication in Hindi and English
Patient, customer-first attitude and comfort with computers
